Named due to the controlled manipulation of several elements
intended to obscure the listeners sense of time during parts of the
track, Kontrol keeps the energy up with its many percussion elements and
running bassline. Similar to that of both DJ Tiesto
and Ferry Corsten's pre-electro material, this flowing trance track introduces unique filtered
elements created specially for this track and blends them into the track
seamlessly increasing the energy |

(Sonarm's Tribal Transition Mix) |
Sonarm's remix of Kontrol brings more emphasis to the
tribal percussion and focuses on the harder edge of the track
along the lines of Kai Tracid. Chugging
along at 145 bpm the rumbling bass and tough kick combination creates
energy. Following a progressive arrangement and teasing the main
trancier elements, the track slowly builds great tension and finally
reaches its height with its full trance sequence and all tribal drums in
play releasing sheer energy and tension |

A tougher trance track from Sonarm, this time bringing
forward a new sound. Tougher kicks and 16-step basslines creating
energy. Introducing what has been described as 'weird but great' synth
lines layered with distant ripping synths really makes this track one of
Sonarm's own favourites. Includes vocals from Ashley Mason and some
serious filtering |

This is Sonarm's first progressive trance track based on
only two chords. This track has a deep and atmospheric sound and builds
to a soft arpeggiated trance sequence. Chugging along, this track
introduces electric guitar and two basslines to add definition staying
on one level throughout the majority of the arrangement until the second

sweeping chords and rolling pianos building up to big drums and crispy,
filtered percussion. Based on only two largely
expanded chords this track flows
throughout and builds to a powerful climax using sense of space to its
advantage. |
